{Barb}

This Gorgeous Gal is Barbara. I had the pleasure of doing her family pictures last year and this year she need a different kind of shoot... Let me explain... Barb is an AMAZING singer, she has been working on her craft for years and has worked along side some pretty awesome people. She is launching her music website soon and needed some shots for it! I was so excited to get this beautiful girl behind the camera. Like most people she wasn't all to comfortable being the only subject in the frame but she did amazing! Her music is light, LDS and inspirational and she wanted a shoot to reflect that. So..... this is what we got:)

The one and only...Manhattan, New York

The Brooklyn Bridge was one of my absolute favoirte parts of New York! I could have spent all day there!!! We decided to walk all the way across it, which I'm SO glad we did because the view was breath taking. You got to see the beautiful skyline of NY in a new {picture perfect} way:)

Rochester, New York

Last month I was finally able to fulfill a dream of mine: Vist New YorkIt's just one of those places I've always wanted to go. My in-laws are currently serving their mission in Rochester, NY so we got to visit them first and experience the BEAUTIFUL country there... then go on to New York City (those pictures are coming up next!)

........until then Enjoy a tiny piece of the amazing Rochester country, Sacred Grove and parts of the Joseph Smith Cabins that we visited

My family had the chance to visit Louisiana for Christmas this year. It was so neat to see where my apart of husband's heart still is:) He loved showing me and Mase everything that made growing up there so memorable. I have tons of 'people shots' on my personal blog however these of my favorite 'photographs' from the trip... I felt inspired there! It reminded me of why I fell in love with my camera: being able to capture what touches my heart, for no other purpose than to hold on to that imagine just because it's beautiful~ Let me know what you think~ ?
